Each tessera is hand‑cut from Fez natural clay, glazed in rich tones and available in any combination from our standard Moroccan color palette, then assembled into a seamless geometric composition by skilled Moroccan artisans.
Historic Inspiration
The Mexuar Hall in the Alhambra, built under Sultan Isma’il I and remodeled by Muhammad V, featured intricate zellij mosaics with star patterns, geometric grids, and heraldic motifs.
