Handmade Moroccan tile requires time. Every tile is crafted to order, which means planning early is essential to avoid delays, limit costs, and ensure your project stays on schedule.
What to Expect
Design & planning: 1–2 weeks
Production: 2–6 weeks
Crating & logistics: 1 week
Shipping:
Air freight: 7–10 days
Ocean freight: 6–12 weeks (recommended for larger orders)
Installation prep: 1 week
Custom projects take time. Express shipping is costly and not always available, especially during peak seasons. Ordering ahead gives you full control over design, budget, and delivery.
Please confirm tile quantities with your contractor before ordering. We do not guarantee exact color matches between shipments, and all sales are final due to the handmade nature of our tiles.
