Return and Shipping Policy

Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Policy:
All our tiles are made to order. Once your order is placed, we do not offer refunds.

The following items are exempt from returns:

  • Mosaic tiles
  • Zellij tiles
  • Mosaic tables and fountains
  • Mosaic borders
  • Free shipping or promotional items
  • Terracotta tiles

Damage During Shipping

Reporting Damage:

  • All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • For visible damage upon delivery, do not accept the shipment and notify the carrier immediately.
  • For concealed damage, take clear photos, keep the tile in its original packaging, and contact the carrier immediately. Notify us via sales@moroccantile.com.

Replacement Policy:

  • If your claim is accepted, we will reproduce and ship replacement tiles to you at no extra charge, using the same shipping method selected for your original order.

Damage Threshold & Claim Guidelines

  • Claims below 5% damage will not be accepted. Always order at least 5% extra to account for waste and breakage.
  • Chips, minor dents, scratches, and color variations are not considered damages. These are natural characteristics of handmade Moroccan tiles, adding to their charm and authenticity.
  • The acceptability of all tiles is determined at the sole discretion of My Moroccan Tile.
