Returns
You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
All our tile is made to order and once you place your order, we do not offer refunds
All items below are exempt from being returned:
Mosaic
Zellij
Mosaic tables and fountains
Mosaic borders
Free shipping and promotional items
Terracotta tiles
Damage during shipping
All damages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipts. In case of visible damage during shipping, DO NOT accept shipment. In case of concealed damage, take pictures, keep tile in original packaging and contact carrier immediately and notify us via sales@moroccantile.com
If your claim has been accepted, allow enough time for us to reproduce and ship replacement tiles to you at no extra charge and using the same shipping method selected.
All damages below 5% claims will not be accepted. Please always order at least 5% extra for waste and breakage.
Chips, and minor dents and scratches, color variations are not considered damages. They are part of the characteristics of handmade Moroccan tile and they add to the charm of our handmade products. The acceptability of our tile
is determined by My Moroccan Tile.
