Return, Pricing and Shipping Policy

Pricing & Terms

• All prices are Ex-Factory Morocco.

• Prices do not include shipping, insurance, packing/handling, customs clearance, taxes, or import duties at destination.

• The client/consignee is fully responsible for all taxes and duties.

• Automated shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping arrangements can also be coordinated upon request, but all costs and responsibilities for freight, customs clearance, duties, and local taxes remain with the buyer/consignee.

• As all products are handmade to order, sales are final and non-refundable once production has begun.

• Any variations in color, size, or texture are inherent to handmade tile and are considered part of its unique character.

Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Policy

All our tiles are made to order. Once your order is placed, we do not offer refunds.

The following items are non-returnable and exempt from refunds/returns:

• Mosaic tiles

• Zellij tiles

• Mosaic tables and fountains

• Mosaic borders

• Terracotta tiles

• Free shipping or promotional items

Damage During Shipping

Reporting Damage

• All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

• For visible damage upon delivery, do not accept the shipment and notify the carrier immediately.

• For concealed damage, take clear photos, keep the tile in its original packaging, and contact the carrier immediately. Notify us at sales@moroccantile.com.

Replacement Policy

• If your claim is accepted, we will reproduce and ship replacement tiles to you at no extra charge, using the same shipping method as your original order.

Damage Threshold & Claim Guidelines

• Claims for damages below 5% of the total order will not be accepted. We recommend ordering at least 5% extra to account for installation waste and potential breakage.

• Chips, minor dents, scratches, and natural color variations are not considered damages. These are part of the handmade character of Moroccan tiles.

• The acceptability of all claims is determined at the sole discretion of My Moroccan Tile.
